Here is an overview of our practices:
1. If you decide to cancel your order before we have assigned your work to tutors, a cancellation charge of 50% will be deducted from the total agreed amount between the full payment with us and you. However, if the tutors have already started working on the assigned task, you can either choose to continue with the order, or the expert will deduct an amount equivalent to the work done along with a cancellation charge of 50% of the total agreed amount. Tutors have already received compensation for their work and time invested. You are not allowed to request a cancellation of the order with a deadline of 24 hours, or if only 24 hours remain before submission; no refunds will be issued in such circumstances. 2. If you encounter any issues during the payment process, such as being charged twice for the same assignment with two different receipts, please contact our chat support. Our payment processing system (i.e., Stripe, bank transfers, or other modes) will resolve the issue. Share your receipts, and we will resolve the matter within 7-10 business working days, either by providing a full refund or recharging your wallet, whichever is possible from our end. 3. We always ensure that we assign your work to the most qualified tutor. However, in rare cases, a tutor may not be available on certain occasions. If this occurs, we promise to compensate your next order of the same value, either with a discount. 4. Please ensure that all paper details and additional materials are provided when placing the order. In a few circumstances, the order may be delivered past the deadline due to no or delayed response from the client. To ensure that your submission deadline is not affected, any request to stop the work will be subject to Clause No. 1. 5. It is highly unlikely that you will receive a failing grade in your assignment. In the rare event that it occurs, we will not refund your money. However, we promise to compensate by completing your next work at a discounted rate, provided you submit valid proof. 6. If you fail to achieve the desired grades, which happens under unusual circumstances, there will be no refund of money. You can request a rework of the same assignment by providing valid proof of the failed assignment. This condition is valid within a period of one month. Any claims made after this time interval will not be entertained. Since tutors' compensation is paid in advance and we cannot expect them to reimburse for the loss, we will take strong action against the tutor by avoiding their services for future assignments. 7. We do not offer a cash refund policy (except for Clause No. 2) for this service. If your claim is genuine (according to the above points), we will recharge your wallet instead.
